What is your cancellation policy?
If you need to reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours beforehand. I understand things come up and we can always reschedule your appointment if there is an emergency. If you do not communicate with me and you don’t show up to the appointment with in 5 minutes of the start time, this will result in you forfeiting your appointment, I do not provide refunds unless there is an extenuating circumstance. Please feel free to email me with questions.
I reserve the right to cancel or reschedule your appointment at any time for any reason. I will always communicate with you if something is preventing me from doing my best work (we all have off days and I understand this for you as well) and I expect the same professional courtesy.

How to prepare for your appointment once you have booked:

For Reiki:
After booking, you'll receive a zoom link to join 
after your session is over. (check appointment scheduling email for times).
A few minutes before the reiki session, feel free to get your space set up however you like. You can play some music, light incense or cleanse your space, call in your guides and guardians, drink some tea or water, use the bathroom, etc. Since this portion of the session is at a distance, we won't be face to face. You can sit or lay down and relax and just be open to receiving the reiki energy. You can set a gentle alarm for the end of the session to alert you that the time has elapsed. After the session, hop on the zoom link I have provided and we will check in about how the session went.
For Tarot:
After booking, you'll receive a zoom link via email.
At the time of the appointment, please log into zoom via your preferred device. We will talk and read the cards together for the allotted amount of time.
For 13th Octave LaHoChi:
After booking, you'll receive a zoom link to join after your session is over. (45 minutes after the start of the session).
A few minutes before the session, feel free to get your space set up however you like. You can play some music, light incense or cleanse your space, call in your guides and guardians, drink some tea or water, use the bathroom, etc. Lay down if at all possible and be open to receive the energy. You can set a gentle alarm for the end of the session to alert you that the time has elapsed. After the session, hop on the zoom link I have provided and we will check in about how the session went.
For Pláticas and Limpias:
At the time of the appointment, please log into zoom via your preferred device. You will tell me about your situation, and I will ask you some questions. Together, we will come up with a plan for further sessions. This session is meant mostly as a consultation in order to figure out what other services are needed and so that I can get to know your situation better. You must book a plática in order to book a limpia session.

Sliding Scale Appointments:

Sponsored sessions:
Anyone can donate a session for someone in need. If you'd like to donate a session, please email me and we can go over details. Donated sessions cost the same as a regular session. I will contact someone on my wait list and give them the session. Priority for donated sessions is given to BIPOC and LGBTQ+ communities. If you'd like to be put on the wait list to receive a sponsored session, please email me.
